Data Deletion
This page explains how to delete data held by Boardroom Revenue Control OS, including anything received from Instagram or Facebook. It is the deletion route referenced by our Privacy Policy.
If you connected your Instagram or Facebook account
You can disconnect at any time, from either side:
- In Boardroom. Open your workspace, go to the AI agent cabinet → Channels, and choose Disconnect. This immediately deletes the stored access tokens for your Pages and Instagram accounts and stops all message processing. It takes effect at once, with no waiting period.
- In Meta. Go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations on Facebook and remove Boardroom. Meta then revokes our access. To also erase the messages we already stored, follow step 1 as well, or email us.
Disconnecting removes tokens and stops processing. To additionally erase stored conversation history, email us using the address below and say so explicitly — we complete these within 30 days.
If you connected your Google account
You can disconnect at any time, from either side:
- In Boardroom. As the workspace owner or admin, open Settings → Integrations, press Disconnect on the Google Calendar or Email (Google) card, and press it again to confirm. We ask Google to revoke Boardroom's access and immediately delete the stored Google token, and the app shows you both results: whether Google confirmed the revocation, and that the token is deleted. Calendar booking, email and the Sheets export stop at once. If Google does not confirm the revocation, the token is deleted anyway — then also remove Boardroom in your Google Account (step 2).
- In Google. Open myaccount.google.com/permissions, choose Boardroom and remove its access. From that moment the token we hold stops working and we can no longer reach your calendar, Drive files or mail. To also delete the stored token, follow step 1 as well, or email us.
Disconnecting removes the token and stops all access to Google. The data already taken from Google (booked meetings, recorded emails, documents taken into accounting) stays in your workspace until you delete it. To have it erased too, email us from the address on the account, say which workspace, and say so explicitly — we complete these within 30 days.

If you messaged a business that uses Boardroom
The business you contacted controls that conversation; we only process it for them. Ask them to delete it and they can do so from their workspace. If you cannot reach them, write to us with enough detail to find the conversation (the business's Instagram handle or Page name, and roughly when you wrote) and we will forward the request and confirm the outcome.
If you want your whole Boardroom account deleted
Email us from the address on the account. We delete the workspace, its conversations, its connected-platform tokens and its analytics within 30 days, keeping only records that tax or accounting law requires us to retain.
